Job Description
HTS is seeking PTs to join the therapy teams at senior living facilities in Columbus and Franklin, IN. The role involves conducting evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharges as needed. The facilities are attractive continuing care retirement communities with a diverse caseload and a supportive environment. The position offers flexibility with work only when available.
Requirements
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility
- Completion of nationally accredited program
- Passing of a national licensure exam
