Job Description
HTS is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide PRN coverage at a partner rehab facility in Evansville, Indiana. Requirements
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license or qualifications to earn the license.
- Advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation Physical Therapy Education program.
- Passing the state licensure exam.
- Fulfillment of state’s requirements for licensure.
