Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Primary Health Care Teams, the Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) will provide Primary Health Care services to assigned populations, including health assessment, health promotion and education, disease and injury prevention and assessment, treatment interventions, and collaboration with other health care providers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a RN in PHC setting preferred
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- ACLS training required upon hire
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)
