The Primary Health Care Registered Nurse - Nurse Practitioner (RN (NP)) reports directly to the Primary Health Care Manager. The RN (NP) promotes quality health care outcomes and works within established standards of practice to ensure clients receive a high standard of primary health care.
Requirements
- Two (2) years advanced RN (NP) in applicable area
- Three (3) years nursing experience
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)
- Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Specialization
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
