Nurse Practitioner

This position works as part of an interdisciplinary primary health care team, providing primary health care services to the community. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for clients in the community both independently and collaboratively with a physician.

Requirements

• One year experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotion
• Three years experience as a RN in critical care, ER, acute care or primary care
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
• Valid driver's license and vehicle available for work
