Job Description
Reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager, the Nurse Practitioner will provide Primary Health Care services to assigned populations, including health assessment, health promotion, and treatment interventions.
Requirements
- Three (3) years experience working as a Registered Nurse
- Experience as RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting preferred.
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)
