As a Principal Product Manager on the Platform team, you will shape and deliver foundational capabilities that support the growth and scale of our product portfolio. By driving complex, cross-functional technical initiatives with clarity and discipline, you enable product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, accelerate innovation, and unlock new business opportunities through scalable, reusable platform solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute platform-level product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with company priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Lead large, cross-functional technical initiatives, partnering with engineering, architecture, security, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable capabilities.
- Own system integration patterns across the platform, including API-based and file-based data exchange.
- Define product requirements and success metrics, translating complex technical and business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Prioritize work based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and platform sustainability.
- Drive collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure effective execution and delivery of platform initiatives.
- Monitor and measure platform performance, using data and insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform platform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for platform capabilities, providing guidance and support to product, engineering, and partner teams.
- Mentor and support other product managers, contributing to strong product management practices and a culture of accountability and ownership.
