Job Description
Healthfirst is seeking a Hybrid Assessment RN to conduct home assessments and virtual assessments for prospective members and current members. The role involves utilizing clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to make enrollment and continued eligibility determinations. The Hybrid Assessment RN will work from home part-time and conduct in-person assessments in Brooklyn, NY.
Requirements
- New York State RN license
- Ability to travel around downstate New York
- Prior work experience requiring technological proficiency
- Prior work experience requiring intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Time management, critical/creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
