Critical Incident Responder

We are looking for CISM trained Counsellors to join our Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate at HealthHero. Our team delivers timely and professional interventions that empower employees to move forward after experiencing trauma.

Requirements

• BACP/UKCP/NCS registered Counsellor with CISM qualification
• Demonstrable experience of facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions
• Significant experience working with trauma
• Experience of safeguarding and managing risk with client groups
• Strong organisational skills
• A clear and concise verbal and written communicator
• IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems
