Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Pain Management) - Mesa, AZ

This is a full-time position for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a progressive interventional pain management practice in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves evaluating patients with chronic and acute pain conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing or assisting with minimally invasive interventional procedures.

Requirements

• Active Arizona NP or PA license
• DEA license with Schedule II–IV prescribing authority
• Graduate of an accredited U.S. NP or PA program
• Experience in pain, spine, or orthopedics preferred
