Requirements
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Current certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and Gentle Persuasion Approaches to Dementia Care (GPA)
- Excellent teamwork and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure
- High interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in medication administration (asset)
- Willingness to update and keep current their knowledge of changing regulations, practices, and procedures
