HealthPartners is hiring an Account Manager - Commercial Market. The Account Manager is responsible for the ongoing service, consultation, and implementation of collaborative health solutions that are tailored to meet each customer’s unique health and dental plan goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three (3) years of successful sales and/or account management experience
- Minnesota insurance license within 3 months of hire
- Demonstrated group presentation, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of basic insurance underwriting principles
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments
- Ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Execution of a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement upon hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
