Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring an Account Manager - Commercial Market to manage a portfolio of large employer groups, provide ongoing service, and implement collaborative health solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three (3) years of successful sales and/or account management experience
- Minnesota insurance license within 3 months of hire
- Demonstrated group presentation, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of basic insurance underwriting principles
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments
- Ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
