Job Description
The Accountant II is responsible for proper and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger in accordance with GAAP and HealthPartners policy. The role also involves billings to outside vendors, account reconciliations, and preparation of accounting statements and reports.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related position.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Strong spreadsheet (Excel) skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
