Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science or Clinical Laboratory Science
- NCA, ASCP or equivalent certification
- Five years of recent experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Thorough knowledge of laboratory regulatory requirements
- Proven skills and experience with Electronic Medical Record, Laboratory Information Systems and associated technology applications
- Proven project management skills and knowledge
- Proven computer knowledge and ability
- Proven Leadership skills such as partnership/collaboration, coaching/development, engagement, healthy communication, outcomes driven & critical thinking, integrity, and tolerance of ambiguity and flexibility to changing system needs
