Central Laboratory Supervisor

The Central Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for supervising laboratory staff, developing training programs, and implementing policies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field and five years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. The supervisor is expected to participate in project management, lead quality improvement activities, and ensure patient safety. The position involves on-call responsibilities and occasional overnight shifts.
