Job Description
This role will provide leadership, direction and administration of daily business processes operations at the North Suburban Family Physicians clinics located in Lino Lakes, Roseville and Hugo, MN. This role provides oversight of the daily operations of the front desk/medical receptionist staff and will work between 3 clinic locations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or health-related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in the health care industry
- Staff supervisor or leadership experience
- Experience with Epic Cadence appointment scheduling, templating and other build functions
- Knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory basic tools and workflows
