Job Description
HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Supervisor to join our leadership team!
Requirements
- Provide leadership, direction and administration of daily business processes operations at the North Suburban Family Physicians clinics
- Lead staff and troubleshoot technical issues
- Configure and maintain Epic templates and online urgent care workflows
- Support operational efficiency and patient access
- Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field or equivalent job-related experience
- At least two years of work experience in the health care industry with a focus on customer service, clinic operations, or related experience
- Staff supervisor or leadership experience
- Experience with Epic Cadence appointment scheduling, templating and other build functions
- Knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory basic tools and workflows
