Job Description
The Clinic Supervisor will provide leadership and administration of daily business processes operations at three clinics in Minnesota, supervising front desk staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring Epic templates. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic Cadence and EpicCare Ambulatory, leadership experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field
- At least two years of work experience in the healthcare industry
- Staff supervisor or leadership experience
- Experience with Epic Cadence appointment scheduling, templating, and other build functions
- Knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory basic tools and workflows
