Finance Director, Central Minnesota

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Director of Finance to join their team. The Director will provide leadership and guidance in the overall strategic direction of financial reporting and assist the Hospital's Senior Directors and Managers on financial and tactical matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance accounting or related field
• Managerial experience required in Finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Attentive to detail but able to see the large picture and provide strategic direction and alternatives solutions
