Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Finance to join our team at Park Nicollet, providing leadership and guidance in financial reporting for Hutchinson Health and Olivia Hospital & Clinic. The role involves delivering quality financial information to leaders and customers, and assisting the Hospital's Senior Directors and Managers on financial and tactical matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance accounting or related field.
- Managerial experience required in Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn abstract thoughts and issues into meaningful financial and strategic analysis.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills allow for working with multiple levels of management across the organization.
