Job Description
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy with a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
- Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
