Job Description
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (preferred)
- Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
