Job Description
We are hiring an Integrity and Compliance Consultant to support our Government Program Products. The consultant will provide compliance support, partnership, and guidance to HealthPartners leaders and colleagues.
Requirements
- Develops, maintains, and promotes HealthPartners Integrity and Compliance program expertise
- Lead and manage complex projects and initiatives
- Provide direction and guidance to analysts
- Serve as subject matter expert on compliance issues
- Analyze business challenges that have compliance implications
- Identify opportunities and risks; propose, facilitate/support, and implement solutions
- Communicate effectively
