HealthPartners is hiring an Integrity and Compliance Consultant to focus on Government Program Products. The role will provide compliance support, partnership, and guidance to HealthPartners leaders and colleagues across the organization and business lines.
Requirements
- Develops, maintains, and promotes HealthPartners Integrity and Compliance program expertise
- Lead and manage complex projects and initiatives
- Provide direction and guidance to analysts
- Serve as subject matter expert on compliance issues
- Demonstrate understanding of and ability to articulate seven elements of an effective compliance program
