Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Manager, Health Plan National Accounts to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across national clients. The Manager will cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with large healthcare customers, providing leadership for national account strategy, talent development, and operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of experience in the health plan industry within national account management, enterprise sales, or healthcare business development
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Working knowledge of underwriting, product design and funding alternatives related to health and dental insurance
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products or comparable applications
