Patient Account Representative

The Patient Account Representative approaches work from a patient-centered perspective, using creative and innovative thinking to problem solve issues that affect patient accounts. This position involves providing services related to financial and insurance inquiries, researching and resolving patient concerns, and performing clerical support functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of hospital or clinic medical office experience
• Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions
• Epic experience
• Hospital medical billing experience
