Job Description
The Patient Account Representative approaches work from a patient-centered perspective, and uses creative and innovative thinking to problem solve issues that affect patient accounts. The position provides services related to financial and insurance inquiries, researches and resolves patient concerns and various financial and insurance problems, and performs clerical support functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of hospital or clinic medical office experience
- Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions
