Sales Operations Specialist supports the execution of strategies that enhance the operational efficiency, data quality, and effectiveness of the Commercial Markets group sales teams across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Four (4) years of experience in sales operations, sales account management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong aptitude for business systems and technology
- Strong project management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative work orientation and collegial working relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive and confidential information
