HealthPartners is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support the execution of strategies that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and effectiveness of the Commercial Markets group sales teams. The role partners closely with Sales, Product & Marketing Innovations, Underwriting, and other operational areas to design, implement, and sustain scalable sales processes, systems, reporting, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Four (4) years of experience in sales operations, sales account management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong aptitude for business systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear processes and documentation
- Strong project management, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Collaborative work orientation and collegial working relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive and confidential information
