Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support the execution of strategies that enhance the operational efficiency, data quality, and effectiveness of the Commercial Markets group sales teams. The Specialist will design, implement and sustain scalable sales processes, systems, reporting, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Four (4) years of experience in sales operations, sales account management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong aptitude for business systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear processes, documentation, and training
- Strong project management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative work orientation and collegial working relationships
