The Senior Payroll System Technology Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing payroll operations through leveraging technology to streamline business processes, ensuring alignment with HealthPartners’ strategic goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for the strategic configuration, maintenance, and optimization of integrated payroll systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience with related software applications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and Payroll application support
- Knowledge of Payroll Processes or multistate quarterly and year-end tax processing
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills essential
- SQL knowledge
- Oracle reporting tool experience (i.e., OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, FDI)
- Reporting tool experience (Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer, SQL Server Management Studio)
- Expert knowledge of payroll processes and of multistate quarterly and year-end tax processing
