Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Payroll System Technology Analyst to enhance payroll operations through leveraging technology, ensuring alignment with HealthPartners' strategic goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes, supporting integrated payroll systems, and maintaining current system functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with five years of experience with related software applications or 8 or more years of experience with related software applications in lieu of a degree
- Certified Payroll designation (CPP) and Oracle Certification preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft tools and Payroll application support
- Knowledge of Payroll Processes or multistate quarterly and year-end tax processing
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills essential
