Job Description
Senior Payroll System Technology Analyst responsible for enhancing payroll operations through technology, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for system changes, software releases, and new functionality. Partners with HR teams, IT, and Data Operations to maintain system functionality and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with five years of experience with related software applications or 8 or more years of experience with related software applications in lieu of a degree
- Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and Payroll application support
- Knowledge of Payroll Processes or multistate quarterly and year-end tax processing
- Knowledge of and experience with Payroll/Finance reporting
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills essential
- Certified Payroll designation (CPP) and Oracle Certification preferred
- Experience with Oracle HCM, SQL knowledge, and reporting tool experience (Oracle reporting tool, Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer, SQL Server Management Studio) preferred
