Job Description
The Senior Payroll System Technology Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing payroll operations through leveraging technology to streamline business processes, ensuring alignment with HealthPartners’ strategic goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with five years of experience with related software applications or 8 or more years of experience with related software applications in lieu of a degree
- Five years professional experience in Payroll or programming and systems analysis
- Certified Payroll designation (CPP)
- Oracle Certification
- Experience with Oracle HCM
- SQL knowledge
- Oracle reporting tool experience (i.e., OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, FDI)
- Reporting tool experience (Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer, SQL Server Management Studio)
- Expert knowledge of payroll processes and of multistate quarterly and year-end tax processing
