The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor will communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other stakeholders, and demonstrate skills in conflict management, problem solving, and process improvement. The supervisor will ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations, and provide direct patient care in their area of expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited school
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a clinical profession
• National certification in specialty area by professional organization
• Membership in related professional organization (optional)
• Proficient with communication and data processing equipment
• Proficient in clinical apparatus related to area of expertise
• Proficient in organization electronic medical record software
