Supervisor, Rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor will communicate with staff, patients, and other customers, and demonstrate skills in listening, conflict management, and process improvement. The supervisor is responsible for assuring that the PNHS values are achieved through daily departmental operations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in clinical profession
• Credentialing following the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines
• National certification in specialty area by professional organization
