Job Description
Join our team as a Switchboard Operator at Methodist Hospital and help us make an impact on patient care and experience. Responsible for providing prompt, courteous and effective response to all calls into Park Nicollet Health Services through the Switchboard.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year client facing customer service experience
- Highly skilled in multitasking, detail-oriented, and possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and maintains emotional composure during emergencies
