Switchboard Operator

Methodist Hospital is hiring a Switchboard Operator to provide prompt and effective response to calls, prioritize responses to emergency and routine calls, and provide general assistance to colleagues, patients, and visitors. The Switchboard Operator will work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions quickly and effectively, and will have a strong background in customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year client-facing customer service experience
• Highly skilled in multitasking, detail-oriented, and critical thinking
• Excellent customer service skills and emotional composure during emergencies
