Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in human resources, business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five (5) years of experience in workforce planning, HR / corporate strategy, consulting, analytics, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in a strategic program-building role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, modeling, and workforce analytics tools
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in building or significantly enhancing a workforce planning program or similar initiative.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking, with experience anticipating future workforce needs and translating workforce strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Proven ability to analyze workforce trends, identify patterns, risks, and opportunities that inform decision making.
- Experience connecting workforce insights to broader organizational strategy, operational needs, and talent acquisition plans.
- History of building strong partnerships within interdisciplinary and cross functional teams.
- Strong influencing skills, including experience shaping decisions through data-driven insights and compelling storytelling.
- Experience building consultative relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to execute effectively, establish clear and repeatable processes, drive accountability, and deliver measurable results.
- Handsâon experience aligning workforce planning with business strategy, financial planning, and operational goals.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools to generate insights and support planning efforts.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder facilitation experience, managing priorities and collaborating across multiple audiences.
