Commercial Property Manager

The Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of Outpatient Medical properties, managing relationships with healthcare partners, implementing tenant outreach programs, and maximizing recoverable income.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting preferred
• Professional designation from BOMA, IREM, or CCIM preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management
• Experience in the analysis of operational and financial data
• Possess strong initiative and sense of personal responsibility
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with business community and interact with various levels of professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
