Job Description
The Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of Outpatient Medical properties, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, and coordinating tenant outreach programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, real estate, finance, and/or accounting
- Professional designation from BOMA, IREM, or CCIM
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management
- Experience in healthcare property management
- Experience in the analysis of operational and financial data
