Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting Manager to assist with the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and perform certain corporate accounting functions related to complex transactions and other special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA is required
• A minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 firm or large, public company
• Experience researching, resolving, documenting, and communicating technical accounting and SEC reporting matters
• Experience with Yardi, BPC, OneStream, and/or Workiva is a plus
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and interpret information such as online research, instructions, contracts, and procedure manuals
• Excellent time management skills with ability to reprioritize work
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and building files from scratch
