Job Description
Senior Commercial Property Manager responsible for overseeing a property management team and managing a portfolio of Outpatient Medical properties in the Chicago market. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners and building owners, conducting performance evaluations, and analyzing property financials.
Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate property management
- 3-5 years of experience managing a diverse team of property management professionals
- A professional designation from BOMA, IREM, or CCIM
- Experience in the analysis of operational and financial data
