Job Description
The Senior Commercial Property Manager will oversee a property management team and manage a portfolio of Outpatient Medical properties in their designated market. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare facilities and a proven track record of managing relationships with key members of healthcare systems.
Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting preferred, or commiserate experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate property management
- 3-5 years of experience managing a diverse team of property management professionals
- A professional designation from BOMA, IREM, or CCIM preferred
