Childcare Site Director - Before & After School

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program. As the Site Director, you'll oversee daily operations, implement Healthy Kids Best Practices, and promote a safe and engaging environment for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of professional experience working with children ages 5-12
• 5 years of leadership experience in a childcare, education, or youth-serving organization
• Experience supervising staff, managing performance, and supporting consistent program operations
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience using registration, enrollment, and attendance management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Excellent customer service and parent engagement skills
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain strong teams
• Understanding of staffing models, payroll management, and operational expenses
