Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program. The Site Director will be responsible for the daily operations, staff supervision, and program development, as well as implementing Healthy Kids Best Practices and Curriculum.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five years of professional experience working with children ages 5-12
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a childcare, education, or youth-serving organization
- Ability to pass all required background checks and meet NJ DCF health requirements
