Job Description
We're looking for a Remote Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. You'll work from home and deliver expert hearing care to patients across the US, conducting remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care. Our ideal candidate is an active HIS license holder with 2+ years of fitting experience, comfortable working independently, and genuinely invested in patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
- Successful completion of the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
- Patient-first approach, empathetic, communicative, and invested in outcomes
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
