Remote Hearing Instrument Specialist job at hear.com, conducting remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across licensed states.
Requirements
- Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
- Pass the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
- Patient-first approach, empathetic, communicative, and invested in outcomes
- Comfort working independently, managing schedule and caseload
- Strong organizational skills, working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable home internet, hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs covered)
