Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in campaign management, including ad operations, optimization, and reporting, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with digital ad serving and trafficking processes; familiarity with tools like Google Ad Manager (DFP) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with third-party ad servers (e.g., DFP, DSM, CheckM8, VAST video) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or other scripting languages (e.g., SQL) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
